New Roads Academy invites you to discover a whole new world of language and culture through our all-inclusive Japanese Immersion Program in Tokyo. Whether you’re a total beginner or an advanced learner, our expert instructors, curated tours, and hands-on cultural activities will boost your skills and enrich your understanding of authentic Japan.

What You’ll Get

  • Intensive Japanese Lessons (Morning Sessions): Learn from experienced teachers who provide engaging lessons tailored to all skill levels.

  • Afternoon Cultural Tours: Dive into Tokyo’s highlights, from the historic Meiji Jingu Shrine and vibrant Asakusa district to the iconic Shibuya Scramble Crossing and Tokyo Tower.

  • Evening Cultural Activities: Explore the heart of Japan’s traditions—practice calligraphy, fold origami, and challenge yourself with kendama.

  • Interaction with Japanese Students: During school vacation periods (August, December, March), you’ll have the chance to meet local students and university volunteers, creating a dynamic environment for language exchange.

  • Stress-Free Experience: Accommodation, meals, domestic transportation, and admission fees are all included, so you can focus on learning and having fun.

  • Convenient Location: Our venue is just a 3-minute train ride from Shinjuku, one of Tokyo’s major hubs for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

  • BONUS SUMMER CAMP: Want the most of your experience? Join our summer camp where you can interact with Japanese campers and make life long friends (Limited to students up to 18 years of age). Currently, you can join the following sessions: August 3-6 or August 18-21.

Who Can Join

  • Students aged elementary school aged and up (including adults).

  • Guardians are welcome at a reduced fee that covers expenses including transportation, insurance, room, board, etc.
